RETURN POLICY
All RETURN GOODS
AUTHORIZATION requests must be initiated
within 15 days of receipt of your order.
No return of goods, for any reason, will
be accepted unless authorized in
advance. Our standard return policy is
outlined below, however, the Return
Policy of an individual manufacturers
will over-ride our general return policy
in regard to eligibility, if different

General Returns
Stock items can be returned within 30
days of receipt are subject to a 25%
re-stock fee. Customer is responsible
for all return shipping charges. Items
may be returned on the following
conditions:
The product was
purchased within the last 30 days.
Product is eligible
for return as per the individual
Manufacturer’s Return Goods Policy
A copy of the
Returned Good Authorization form is
enclosed.
All products are in
their original packaging and in
resalable condition.
All products are
repacked to assure no damage during
shipping.
All credits are
based upon inspection.
Failure to comply with
the stated requirements may result in
additional re-stocking charges or the
delay or refusal of credit. The customer
will be required to supply a tracking
report in the event that the receipt of
a return is disputed.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Please examine your order completely
upon receipt. If any merchandise is
defective or damaged in transit, you
must contact The Zone within 5 days of
the receipt of your order. Do not
discard shipping box.
Shortages or Shipping Errors
Review your packing slip to verify items
shipped. If there is no backorder
indicated and you are short items or if
the wrong item has been shipped, please
contact The Zone within 5 days of
receipt of your order.
Special Orders
Special order merchandise cannot be
returned for re-stock or credit.
Credit
Upon receipt and inspection of returned
goods, The Zone will issue eligible
credit. The Zone reserves the right to
refuse non-eligible orders for return.
