TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
SALE
Orders
In-stock orders will be shipped within 48 hours
of receipt of your order. All backordered items
will be shipped when available unless canceled
by the customer. Special order items will be
shipped as determined by the notified lead-time.
An order confirmation will be e-mailed to
indicate status of your order.
Pricing and Freight
Items are billed at the prevailing price at the
time the order is received. In the event that a
typographical error is made, The Zone shall have
the right to refuse or cancel an order placed
for that product. If your credit card has been
charged and
The Zone cancels your order, your credit card
will be promptly credited for the incorrect
price.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All
errors and omissions are subject to correction,
and The Zone reserves the right to reject any
sale for any reason, including an incorrect
price quotation or advertisement.
Prices advertised do not include shipping and
handling charges. Applicable sales taxes will
added unless a valid tax-exempt certificate is
forwarded to The Zone upon placing your order.
Payment Method
The Zone accepts Visa, MasterCard or Debit Card
(issued by Visa or MasterCard) The full amount
of your purchase will be charged to your credit
card upon processing of you order.
Return Policy
All RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION requests must be
initiated within 15 days of receipt of your
order. No return of goods, for any reason, will
be accepted unless authorized in advance.
GENERAL RETURNS:
Stock items can be returned within 30 days of
receipt are subject to a 25% re-stock fee.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping
charges. Items may be returned on the following
conditions:
The product was purchased within the last 30
days.

A copy of the Returned
Good Authorization form is enclosed.

All products are in their
original packaging and in resalable
condition.

All products are repacked
properly to avoid damage during shipping.

All credits are based
upon inspection.
Failure to comply with the
stated requirements may result in additional
re-stocking charges or the delay or refusal of
credit. The customer will be required to supply
a tracking report in the event that the receipt
of a return is disputed.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
Please examine your order completely upon
receipt. If any merchandise is defective or
damaged in transit, you must contact The Zone
within 5 days of the receipt of your order. Do
not discard shipping box.
SHORTAGES OR SHIPPING ERRORS:
Review your packing slip to verify items
shipped. If there is no backorder indicated and
you are short items or if the wrong item has
been shipped, please contact The Zone within 5
days of receipt of your order.
SPECIAL ORDERS:
Special order merchandise cannot be returned for
re-stock or credit.
CREDIT:
Upon receipt and inspection of returned goods,
The Cabinet Hardware Zone will issue eligible
credit. The Cabinet Hardware Zone reserves the
right to refuse non-eligible orders for return.
Product Warranty
Merchandise is warranted against defects in
manufacturing as stated by the individual
manufacturer of product. The Zone will determine
the eligibility of a warranty return and will
issue a written authorization for return. No
return can be made without prior authorization.
Upon receipt of the product, The Zone will
determine whether replacement or repair is
required under applicable warranty. If it is
determined that this is not a warranty issue,
the customer will be notified of replacement or
repair costs prior to proceeding.
Product Color
Due to varying color settings, differences and
limitations of computer displays, actual product
finish colors may not exactly match what is
shown on your screen.
Privacy Policy
Credit card information supplied is for the sole
and secure use of The Zone. It is not shared
with outside parties other than the applicable
credit card company in processing your order.
Your e-mail address is required for all orders.
You will not be sent any e mail promotions
unless authorized by you and your e mail address
will not be shared or distributed to any outside
parties.
Acceptance of Terms
Upon “check out” you will be required to
acknowledge your acceptance all of these terms
stated by checking the appropriate box. If you
choose not t accept these Terms and Conditions
of Sale, your order will not be processed. |
